For people such as myself, who like colorful photos of the recipes and info graphs for the information, this guide is not for you. However, to all you parent who like things in an organized easy to navigate chapter book format that is black and white, this guide is totally for you! The recipes this guide uses are easy and nutrition packed. So for all you parents’ that want to have the best information on what to feed your children and how it impacts their growth, roll up your sleeves get to reading and whip up some tasty things for them to enjoy.
